FUNDING

 

Funding comes from small syndicates of HNW investors.  In the UK they invest over £2bn a year in SMEs including buy-outs and EIS/VCT growth capital.

The diversity of HNW investors seeking opportunities to invest in UK private businesses offers a more flexible source of capital than typical private equity funds.  These investors are experienced and comfortable with the challenges faced by smaller companies and can often add value far beyond their capital.

For over 20 years, we’ve been building close links with a broad network of investors who are actively looking to make new investments.

We ensure the company and management team can focus on the business plan and access value-add input from investors as and when it’s beneficial.  We manage all investor reporting and administration.
